Bowls of Caring 2021 kicks off on January 22nd, 2022 at White Mountain Mall. This is our first Open Bowl Party of the year. This is your chance to paint your own personal bowl, or mug, or spoon rest for just $15. Anyone is welcome to stop by from 10am until 3pm, center court of the mall.
In the past this event culminates in a large soup dinner but YWCA realized what people loved best were the bowls themselves. So, we have focused our efforts on providing opportunities for as many people as possible get to paint their own bowl. Our goal is Paint your Bowl and help us Care for the community! Funds from this event go to support all the services YWCA offers to the community. Keep watching our Facebook page for other Open Bowl parties you can join around the community.
If you are interested in hosting your own bowl party, we can make that happen. This is a great opportunity to gather friends at your house for drinks, food and enjoying a fun evening painting bowls. Make it a birthday party event, or a ladies night, or an activity for your church group or organization. You find the group and the place and YWCA provides all the supplies. We then fire the bowls in the kiln and get them back to you to enjoy.
